Yep, summer's almost over...

Hello ladies! First of all, Whitey you are my hero! I don't think I am "strong enough" to do one of those detox diet things! I like to eat too much. I sure gained 20 pounds since I moved to Wichita and the weight is definitely difficult to lose!

Grace, once someone falls in love with you there is no turning back! I fell in love about 17 years ago and there is no going back! You're stuck with me now. :)

Megan, I have to say that I am really sad that I probably won't be able to see you when you come into Topeka this next week. Do Abe and you have to come the week before school starts every year?? :) Kim Herrman is getting married this weekend in Wichita and then I will need to work in my classroom next week before I have to report on the 8th. Then the following weekend we are playing in a softball tournament in El Dorado. If we can work it out, I could maybe meet you for dinner in Emporia on Monday or Tuesday night? Talk to your hubby and let me know if something works. Did you ever receive the gifts I sent for Kiersten? If so, I hope you liked it!! Give her a kiss for me at her baptism.

Aubs, we talked for like an hour on the phone tonight, so I think we're pretty much caught up. :)

To my fellow friends who work within school districts, here we go again! Just remember the more experience we get throughout the years the, (hopefully), less stressful it will be in the future! It always going to be hard to go back though. Good luck!

As for what's new in my life, I'm just dreading school starting again. I'm a bit stressed out and will be very anxious until school starts again and I get settled into a routine. Nick and I tried to win the lottery tonight, but did not even get one freaking number! As he put it, I'm still a teacher and he still has to go to fucking work! Wouldn't it be easier if money grew on trees? I miss you girls like crazy and wish there was a time we could all get together. I fucking love you all too!
